1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DOMESTIC AUDIO products, services, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers worldwide. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to software, audio plugins, text, graphics, logos, and images—are owned by DOMESTIC AUDIO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, DOMESTIC AUDIO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use our audio plugins for personal or commercial music production purposes. This license is subject to the following conditions:

• You may install the software on up to three (3) computers owned or controlled by you.
• You may use the plugins in unlimited commercial and non-commercial projects.
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@domestic-audio.com.

Upon receiving a refund, your license will be revoked, and you must delete all copies of the software from your devices.

6. Product Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to all future updates and improvements to the purchased product. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older operating systems or DAW versions at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOMESTIC AUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services;
• Any content obtained from our Services;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. International Use

Our Services are available to users worldwide. By accessing our Services from outside the United States, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. We make no representation that our Services are appropriate or available in all locations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
